At Baddies Glam, we prioritize the safety, hygiene, and quality of our customers and products.

Due to the nature of our makeup and beauty products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect product selection, or any other personal preference.

This policy is in place to maintain strict hygiene and ensure that every cosmetic product reaches our customers in its original and untouched condition.

1. No Returns or Exchanges

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on makeup and beauty products once they have been purchased.

This includes products that are:

Unopened
Opened
Used
Swatched
Tested
Unwanted
Incorrectly selected by the customer
Purchased by mistake

Please make sure you select the correct product, shade, color, and quantity before completing your order.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from the product you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

To help us resolve the issue, please provide:

Your order number
Clear photos of the product
Clear photos of the packaging
A description of the issue

We will review the case and, if the issue is confirmed to be our responsibility, we may offer a replacement or another appropriate resolution.

3. Allergic Reactions & Skin Sensitivity

Customers are responsible for checking the product's ingredients before purchasing and using any cosmetic product.

Baddies Glam cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges due to:

Allergic reactions
Skin irritation
Sensitivity
Personal reactions to a product
A product not being suitable for your skin type

If you have known allergies or sensitivities, please review the ingredients carefully before purchasing.

If you experience an adverse reaction, discontinue use and seek appropriate medical advice.

4. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it.

5. Final Sale

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that makeup and beauty products purchased from Baddies Glam are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange, except where a product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or where applicable law requires otherwise.
